Image sizes for branding, email, and social media posts

Sizing your images correctly is important for making sure your image gets posted without causing errors and to optimise load times.
Please note: These are only guidelines for the rough dimensions of your image. Exact dimensions may vary, but for best practice we recommend you size your pictures as near to our recommendations as possible.

File type recommendations are in PNG and JPEG format.

Account Branding Image Sizes



In the ActiveDEMAND platform, you’ll have the option of uploading your brand images. We recommend the image sizes below:

Logo size: 250x150 transparent background
Favicon size: 32x32
Header Image Size: 600x120

Social Posts
Optimal social post image sizes vary by platform. We recommend the following for social media posts:

Linkedin
The recommended size of 1200 x 630 pixels

Facebook
The recommended size of 1200 x 630 pixels

Twitter
The recommended size of 440 x 220 pixels

Email Image Sizing
To ensure your email is delivered to your contact without any issues it is important to appropriately size the images used.

Header Graphics: 1200 x 628 pixels
Images in an email: 480 x 480 pixels or smaller
