How can I enable campaign edit (the pencil is not showing up)?

If you can see the campaigns, you should be able to edit them. If you are using chrome and have the adblocker extension

This will conveniently BLOCK our campaign edit. Disable the adblocker plugin or white label your login domain with the extension and all should work!
