What happens when in a 'Wait for Change' step, there is no time set?



In Drip campaigns, you can use the "Wait for Change" decision to automatically check if the contact has done a specific activity in your account (like opening an email) and give them some time to complete it.

Still, it can happen that there was no time set on this step as shown in the picture below:




If the hours are blank, the query above would trigger immediately. This means that the contacts would be dropped at this step as they don`t have time to do the action required on the conditions of this Wait for Change.
