Cancel Your Subscription
You need to cancel your ActiveDEMAND subscription? We are sorry to hear that. Here is the procedure.
Please send an email to accounts@leadintuition.co.uk from you company email domain asking for the account to be closed.
We require 30-days notice to cancel your ActiveDEMAND account. This gives all of us time to handle the account shutdown in an orderly manner and to take care of:-
Download of your contact data.
Cancellation of your invoice/payment methods.
Erasure of all data in your account.
Please be aware that once your account is cancelled. All data is erased. This cannot be reversed.
