Calculating NPS (or tabulating scores in a form) for a survey

If you are using checkboxes, radio buttons, or buttons, in your surveys, you can also set scores for each answer/option.



For sliders, the score is implicit to the slider configuration (i.e. the score == the value). For radio matrixes and/or checkbox matrixes, the score applies to the entire column of options.
